Five steps, and none of them involve us keeping your money because a deal went badly.

You place the deposit
₹15,000, paid in the app. It is held as a security deposit — it is not a subscription, a joining fee or revenue we book.

Your badge goes live
AK Verified appears on your profile and in every buyer deck you surface in. Prestige buyers begin seeing you, because they are shown nobody else.

It sits there while you work
Nothing is deducted for ordinary business. Losing a deal, a buyer changing their mind, a slow month — none of that touches the deposit.

A complaint gets reviewed by a person
If ghosting or fraud is reported, someone on our team reviews the evidence on both sides. No automatic deduction, ever, and you are told what was decided and why.

You ask for it back whenever you like
Request a refund at any time and an admin approves it. Leave in good standing and the full ₹15,000 returns to you; the badge simply comes off your profile.

If you are a buyer
