Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Kizennovate Technology Private Limited ("AgentKart") when you use our app. By registering, you accept them.

WHAT AGENTKART IS

AgentKart introduces property buyers, sellers and agents to each other. We verify identity, we match, and we provide chat.

We are not a broker, we are not a party to your transaction, and we do not hold your money for a property deal. Any agreement about a property is between you and the other person. We do not guarantee that a deal will happen, or that it will be a good one.

WHO CAN USE IT

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in India. One account per person. You must give accurate information — including a genuine Aadhaar number in your own name.

VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL

Every account is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We may refuse an account, and we may suspend one later, if documents do not check out, if information is false, or if behaviour breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Approval means we checked identity documents. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a guarantee of anyone's honesty or competence.

PLANS AND WHAT THEY BUY

Free and paid plans differ in how many suggestions you receive each day and how many searches you may run. The daily allowance is counted when suggestions are shown to you — whether you accept them, pass on them, or ignore them.

Allowances reset at midnight, Indian Standard Time. Unused allowance does not carry over.

Paid plans are charged in advance for the period you choose. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. We may change prices with notice, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Sellers pay for listing slots. A slot is capacity to keep a property listed; it does not guarantee that the property sells or that anyone contacts you.

AK VERIFIED DEPOSIT

Agents may pay a refundable deposit to carry the AK Verified badge. It is a deposit, not a fee: you can ask for it back and leave the programme, and we return it subject to the conditions shown when you pay. We may forfeit the deposit if we find fraud, misrepresentation, or serious breach of these terms — we will tell you why.

LISTINGS

Sellers are responsible for what they publish. Do not list a property you have no right to sell or let, and do not misdescribe one. Listings are reviewed before publication, and an edit to a live listing is reviewed again. Review is a sanity check, not a title verification: we do not confirm ownership or legal status.

CONDUCT

Read the Community Guidelines. In short: be a real person, be honest, do not harass anyone, do not take conversations off-platform to avoid our rules, and do not scrape or misuse the service.

CONTENT YOU UPLOAD

You keep ownership of your photographs, videos and text. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running AgentKart. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are legally prevented.

LIABILITY

AgentKart is provided as it is. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for a transaction between users, for a counterparty's conduct, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are resolved faster that way.

CHANGES

We will post changes here. Continuing to use AgentKart after a change means you accept it.
