Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and credits work on AgentKart. It applies to all users — buyers, sellers and agents.

Subscription plans

Plans are prepaid for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There is no pro-rata refund for unused time after cancellation. Once cancelled, automatic renewal stops and no further charges are made.

AK Verified deposit

The ₹15,000 AK Verified deposit is fully refundable. To claim a refund, the verified agent must request withdrawal through the app or by emailing the Grievance Officer. The refund is subject to verification that no outstanding obligations exist on the account. Processing time is 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Wallet credits (AK Money)

Credits purchased or earned are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire. When making a plan purchase, credits are applied automatically and may cover up to 80% of the transaction value.

Bug bounty rewards

Credits awarded for confirmed bug reports are non-refundable and subject to the same wallet-credit terms above.

How to request a refund

Email the Grievance Officer at dicson@agentkart.com with your registered phone number and a description of the refund you are requesting.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
