Every side of the marketplace has a free plan that stays free, and free accounts are matched with each other through verified agents. Paying widens your daily limit and lets you match directly with the other side. What it never buys is a better reputation, or anyone else’s phone number.
Prices below are per month and include GST, billed in the app — what you see is what is charged, and your invoice shows the tax separately. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months up front saves 20%, 30% and 50%. Sellers also get one listing free and pay ₹500 a month for each additional listing, billed monthly.

Sellers buy two separate things
Listing slots — space
A listing slot keeps one property live. The first is free and permanent; each additional slot is ₹500 a month, bought from My listings inside the app. A ₹1,000 boost gives one listing prominent placement.
A plan — reach
A plan decides who you can approach and how many a day. Every seller can approach verified agents; a paid plan lets you approach buyers directly, without an agent in the middle.
They are independent. Upgrading a plan never adds a listing slot, and buying a slot never widens your reach — which is deliberate: an earlier seller ladder priced the same lever twice and was retired for it.

Suggestions
Suggestions are the people and properties we bring you. A fresh set every day, counted separately for each kind — agents and properties for a buyer, buyers and properties for an agent. One is spent when a card is shown to you, whatever you do with it next.
Searches
Searches are the questions you ask. One number for the whole day, whatever you search for — and a search that turns up nothing is given straight back.
Both reset at midnight IST, and running out of one leaves the other alone.

These are not features of a tier. They are how the platform works, for everyone, including people paying nothing.
Your number stays private
Never displayed, never sold, on any plan.
Every agent is verified
Documents reviewed by a person before anyone appears.
Sold means sold
Listings come down everywhere the moment a sale confirms.
Reputation is not for sale
Ratings and verified closes cannot be bought at any price.
Billing

Can I pay for longer and save?
Yes. Three months saves 20%, six months 30% and a year 50%, on every paid plan and on listing slots.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep what you paid for until the period ends, then drop back to the free plan — you are never locked out of the product.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price on this page includes GST, so what you see is what is charged — nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice shows the tax separately, and agents who give us a GSTIN get it printed on the invoice for input credit.
Is the AK Verified deposit a plan?
No. It is a separate, refundable ₹15,000 security deposit for agents, and it is returned in full on a clean exit.
