Grievance Officer
If something on AgentKart has gone wrong — your information, a listing, an agent, a message, or anything else — you can take it to our Grievance Officer directly. This page exists because Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 requires it, and because a complaint should not have to find its way through a support queue first.

Your complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt. If a complaint concerns content that exposes a person — nudity, impersonation, or any image shared without consent — it is acted on within 72 hours.
Please include enough for us to find the thing you are reporting: the screen or page, the person or listing involved, and the date. If you are reporting on behalf of someone else, say so.
What this officer handles
- Complaints about content, listings, agents or conduct on the platform
- Requests to correct or remove your personal information
- Breaches of our rules, policies or these terms
- Anything you have already raised with support and that remains unresolved
If you are still not satisfied
You may escalate to the Grievance Appellate Committee established under Rule 3A of the same Rules, at gac.gov.in, within thirty days of our decision.
