Community Guidelines

AgentKart works because the people on it are real and behave decently. These are the rules. Break them and you lose your account.

BE YOURSELF

One account, your own name, your own Aadhaar. Do not register on someone else's behalf. Do not create a second account after one has been closed.

BE ACCURATE

Say what you are actually looking for and what you can actually afford. Agents: state the experience and the deals you have really completed. Sellers: describe the property as it is, with photographs of that property, and a price you would genuinely accept.

A listing for a property you cannot sell, or photographs of somewhere else, will be taken down and may cost you your account.

BE DECENT

No harassment, threats, abuse, or discrimination on any basis — including religion, caste, gender, or where someone is from. No sexual or unwanted personal messages. No pressure tactics.

If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them and report them. We read reports.

CONTACT DETAILS

Chat opens when both sides have expressed interest. Share your phone number when you are ready — not before, and never in a way designed to get around the platform.

Do not use AgentKart to collect contact details for anything other than a property conversation.

NO SPAM

No advertising unrelated services. No bulk messaging. No automated tools, scraping, or scripted access.

MONEY

Never send money to someone you met here without meeting them and verifying what you are paying for. AgentKart does not ask for a deposit on a property, and no employee will ever ask you to transfer money to a personal account.

Report anyone who asks you to pay outside the app for something AgentKart supposedly requires.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN RULES ARE BROKEN

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, remove a listing, suspend the account, close it permanently, or report it to the police.

Use the report option in chat or on a profile, or write to info@agentkart.com. Tell us what happened and when. We look at every report.
